Refunds 

All sales are final, and no refunds will be given at this time. Please refer to the returns section for information in regard to quality or size issues. 

Exchanges

Creating Dope Content’s exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately, no exchange will be offered. 

To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in. 

All clothing items that have not been worn or damaged by the customer will be accepted. There are no returns on any pre-ordered items, however, once the time is received, "pre-ordered" clothing item(s) will be exchanged if it does not fit or there is a quality issue. 

Defective or damaged items will be replaced or exchanged. If an exchange needs to be made, send an email to customerservice@cdcapparels.com prior to mailing the item and send the item upon response to:

Please send an email to customerservice@cdcapparels.com prior to mailing anything to the above address explaining why the item is being returned.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

COVID Concerns and Shipping Issues

Due to shipping and postal issues surrounding and resulting from COVID-19, shipping timeliness, consistency, and execution can not be guaranteed. Creating Dope Content will provide insurance on the shipping but if any issues do occur with USPS, Creating Dope Content cannot be held accountable. If the item is lost, the best course of action is to report a claim through the postal services. Once the claims have been complete and settled, Creating Dope Content will do it’s best to fulfill the order.
